If your complaint isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate the matter with us, Intercover.

What is the relationship between the Association and Allianz ?

The delivery of the Affinity Plan is a joined partnership between Allianz Care and Intercover. 

When purchasing the NATO Affinity Plan on an individual basis, members accept to become de-facto a member of the Association. 

This enables NATO Affinity members to avail of group negotiated terms where the Association represents its members and act on their behalf in their interests.

Who is the Association ?

Intercover is an association created in February 2018. 

Our mission is to present affinity insurance solutions to our members and to provide information on international health and life plans.

What are the Association role and responsabilities ?

As an association, Intercover:

–        Provides group plan conditions to members as individuals,

–        Identifies the right products with the right insurers,

–        Monitors the delivered services by providers and insurers to members,

–        Provides support to members in case of complaints and escalations,

–        Promotes the selected solutions to the members of the association

What is the role of Intercover ?

Intercover negotiates the conditions of your cover and represents the interests of its members to the insurers. 

It is also the contact for any claim not resolved internally by the insurers.
